Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, used baby products, opened feeding items, and products damaged by misuse cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Exchange

We only replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
